Experience with regulatory principles related to AI/ML model deployment in financial institutions (e.g., Model Risk Management, Fair Lending).
Proven senior leadership experience building and mentoring high-performing AI solutions teams in a global, matrixed organization.
Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders including Managing Director and C-suite level to align AI initiatives with business priorities.
Experience in financial services, especially US Consumer Cards domain, with understanding of credit card economics and core banking data domains.
