About This Role
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-led analytics solutions addressing key USCC business problems such as personalized decisioning engines and campaign analytics.
- Drive AI-powered automation and workflow transformation within USCC Analytics & Pricing to enhance productivity and analytical capabilities.
- Establish and operationalize model governance and measurement frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with senior leadership priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise transformation.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline from a premier institution.
- Deep working knowledge of Generative AI architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, and hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in production.
- Experience with regulatory principles related to AI/ML model deployment in financial institutions (e.g., Model Risk Management, Fair Lending).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven senior leadership experience building and mentoring high-performing AI solutions teams in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders including Managing Director and C-suite level to align AI initiatives with business priorities.
- Experience in financial services, especially US Consumer Cards domain, with understanding of credit card economics and core banking data domains.
