Work Experience Required: 8 to 13 years in relevant fields as specified above.
Strong knowledge and leadership experience in Medicaid/managed markets operations in U.S. healthcare or pharmaceutical rebate operations.
Experienced in financial controls, SOX compliance, system enablement (ModelN GCPS, SAP, Conga, Tableau, Power BI), process standardization, and automation.
Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and operational transformation in a regulated, audit-intensive environment.
