About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of U.S. Channel operations within Contracts & Pricing Execution, including contract updates, payment processing, scorecard validation, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Manage and develop AIN Associates and Analysts to support Channel operations while maintaining compliance, SOX controls, and governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational readiness for product launches, financial controls, and audit-readiness in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Analytics, or related discipline.
- 8 to 13 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, Gross-to-Net, Channel operations, revenue management, contract operations, commercial finance, analytics, or related areas.
- 3+ years of experience leading people, operational teams, or complex cross-functional delivery.
- Work Experience Required: 8 to 13 years in relevant fields as specified above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge and leadership experience in Medicaid/managed markets operations in U.S. healthcare or pharmaceutical rebate operations.
- Experienced in financial controls, SOX compliance, system enablement (ModelN GCPS, SAP, Conga, Tableau, Power BI), process standardization, and automation.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and operational transformation in a regulated, audit-intensive environment.
