Experience with regulated environments requiring controls, compliance, and governance; familiarity with platforms like GCPS, HCM, SAP, and customer master data systems preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced leader in pharmaceutical commercial operations with deep domain expertise in U.S. customer eligibility, GPO operations, membership governance, and master data management.
Strong operational leader able to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and lead teams through compliance, audit readiness, and process transformation.
Skilled in managing complex operational data systems and analytics (Tableau, Power BI, Model N, etc.) to drive continuous improvement and maintain governance in highly regulated settings.
