Experienced in pharmaceutical commercial operations with deep understanding of customer master data, membership operations, and contract eligibility processes.
Familiar with U.S. pharmaceutical customer eligibility, GPO contracting, market access, compliance controls, and audit standards.
Proficient with commercial operations platforms such as HCM, GCPS, SAP, Tableau, OneKey, HIBCC, HRSA, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a global operating environment.
