Strong proficiency with Excel, reporting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Work Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in relevant domains as mentioned above.
Operations professional with detail orientation, strong analytical and documentation skills, and experience within controlled and compliant operational environments.
Experience with pharmaceutical commercial operations, channel payments, fee and rebate administration, or gross-to-net operations is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with business systems such as Model N GCPS, SAP, Conga, IntegriChain, Tableau, SharePoint, and knowledge of DOH calculations, scorecards, reconciliations, and compliance reporting enhances fit.
