About This Role
- Implement, maintain, and support Production IT (PIT) software for ZEISS Lab and related Zeiss businesses.
- Guide, document, and train business users as requested.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and customers from diverse backgrounds.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Production IT support.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and any ticketing tool.
- Willingness to work in shifts; fluent English language skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and cross-functional teams from varied academic and cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with production control systems and production IT software, with added advantage for knowledge of Grafana, Kafka.
