Bachelor's degree required; preference for Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Technology disciplines.
Experienced in leading cross-functional, global HR projects involving strategic initiatives and organizational change in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of program management methodologies including risk management, governance, and compliance with HR PMO standards and PMI practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate complex project dependencies, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes.
