About This Role
- Lead and manage complex, global HR projects and programs aligned to strategic HR priorities ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable milestones.
- Design project plans and coordinate cross-functional, global teams while managing risk, budgets, and change initiatives across HR functions like Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent.
- Communicate and influence senior management through regular reporting and presentations; ensure compliance with PMO governance and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- PMI certification (PMP, PgMP, or CAPM) obtained within the last 3 years mandatory.
- At least 3 years of relevant project management experience, specifically in Human Capital Management or HR services domain (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent).
- Past experience working in an HR PMO and familiarity with Workday implementation essential.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Technology.

- Experienced in leading cross-functional global HR projects with ability to manage multiple dependencies and organizational change.
- Strong strategic and operational project management acumen demonstrated by use of PMO governance models, risk management, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments, able to drive simplicity and enforce standards across diverse teams.
