About This Role
- Lead and manage complex, global HR projects aligned to strategic priorities, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources, manage project risks, and communicate progress to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance, manage budget oversight, organizational change, and provide training/support for project success.
Minimum Requirements
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certification required, certified within the last 3 years.
- At least 3 years of project management experience, specifically in HR PMO or Human Capital Management domains including HR Services, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent.
- Experience with Workday implementation and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools including Microsoft Projects.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Technology fields.

- Able to communicate and influence senior leadership and manage complex stakeholder relationships across HR and enterprise teams.
