About This Role
- Support business stakeholders and project teams in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams under guidance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support User Acceptance Testing and project tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong communication and analytical skills required.
- Willingness to work from office in Brookefield, Bengaluru for 6-month full-time internship.
- Work Experience Required: Fresher / Recent Graduate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Interested in gaining practical experience in Business Analysis and technology projects, including SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers.
- Comfortable with preparing professional documentation and performing basic data analysis using tools like MS Excel; willingness to learn Jira and Confluence.
