About This Role
- Lead planning, execution, and reporting of enterprise-wide technology initiatives aligned with the tech roadmap.
- Support development and communication of enterprise technology strategy including AI, digital, and cybersecurity programs.
- Manage governance, performance tracking, risk mitigation, and executive updates for complex transformation programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Program Management, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Digital Transformation, CXO Offices or PMO functions.
- B.Tech plus MBA degrees.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, and relevant tech certifications (AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in high-level strategic planning and portfolio management in technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to interface with C-Suite stakeholders, translating complex tech strategies into measurable business outcomes.
- Proficient with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
