About This Role
- Support business analysis activities for IT, Banking, and FinTech projects during a 6-month full-time onsite internship.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements and prepare standard documentation such as BRD, FRD, URD, SRS.
- Coordinate with multiple teams (IT, product, development, QA, business) and support UAT, user training, and implementation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, IT, Finance, or related fields.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in Banking, FinTech, or IT systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Work Mode: Full-time onsite internship in Bangalore for 6 months.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable operating in cross-functional teams involving IT, product, development, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Analytical and documentation-oriented, capable of preparing formal business analysis documents.
- Willing to engage in hands-on tasks like UAT support, user training, and process documentation during internship.
