Commercial Operations Associate

Manage the end-to-end order-to-invoice cycle including order validation, entry, amendments, shipment coordination, invoicing, and documentation closure.

Prepare and send accurate quotations and proforma invoices ensuring commercial and tax compliance within agreed timelines.

Coordinate across logistics, supply chain, sales, finance, and vendors to ensure timely order processing, backlog liquidation, and clear customer communication on order status and issue resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized institution.

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or order execution with hands-on responsibility for order-to-invoice activities.

Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and service management platforms such as ServiceMax; strong skills in Excel and operational reporting.

Role is onsite in Bengaluru; verbal fluency in English and one or two regional languages required.

Experienced in regulated environments like life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices preferred but not mandatory.

Demonstrated ability in managing local vendor coordination, backlog reduction, and quotation/proforma invoice processing.

Operates with clear ownership, proactive risk escalation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
