Must work onsite at Edwards IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India, on second shift overlapping European and partial US hours; remote work not allowed.
Experienced in managing distributed, cross-functional teams delivering hybrid model projects (Agile + Waterfall) especially in EPM or connected planning implementations.
Strong background partnering with finance and commercial teams, familiar with planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, sales planning).
Skilled in data integration partnerships with data engineering, and proficient using SDLC methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
