About This Role
- Manage and coordinate delivery of 50+ Anaplan planning applications across Finance, Commercial, and Operations, balancing priorities and resources.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery including intake, requirements, planning, build coordination, testing, deployment, and hypercare using hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Coordinate a globally distributed team across Pune, Prague, and US without direct people management; own delivery roadmap, risk management, governance, and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field essential.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex software delivery projects or equivalent as per Edwards criteria.
- PMP certification mandatory; alternatively Green Belt, Black Belt, or Scrum Master certification accepted.
- Must work onsite at Edwards IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India, on second shift overlapping European and partial US hours; remote work not allowed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing distributed, cross-functional teams delivering hybrid model projects (Agile + Waterfall) especially in EPM or connected planning implementations.
- Strong background partnering with finance and commercial teams, familiar with planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, sales planning).
- Skilled in data integration partnerships with data engineering, and proficient using SDLC methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
