About This Role
- Support delivery and coordination of product operations activities across multiple global regions including Asia, Pacific, LATAM and CEMEA to ensure alignment and continuity.
- Contribute to planning and implementation of product releases, maintaining and improving operational processes for scalability.
- Develop documentation, training materials and support user adoption while participating in testing, quality assurance and compliance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in Product Operations, Business Operations or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and global regions.
- Clear communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-region or global operational environments related to product management or business operations.
- Skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Broking with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable supporting product lifecycle processes including release planning, operational improvements, and user enablement activities.
