About This Role
- Manage the Learning & Development department ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division.
- Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations through effective department management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in a large operation.
- Ideally possess a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Mandatory skills include good presentation, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as stated above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing training or learning & development functions within large operational settings.
- Background in HR or Hospitality/Tourism management indicating familiarity with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Proven ability to administrate and present effectively in a human resources context to meet stakeholder expectations.
