Work Experience Required: Minimum five years of software engineering with team leadership; other specific hard filters as above.
Experienced leader who thinks in terms of user journeys, systems, and outcome ownership rather than ticket-based tasks.
Able to architect complex, multi-layer systems and foresee long-term trade-offs in design, applying judgment on where AI integration adds value.
Comfortable working in a fast-evolving AI-driven development environment where generative AI is the primary means of code generation and delivery.
