About This Role
- Coach and support engineering teams in adopting DevOps and consistent engineering practices to improve delivery flow, quality, and reliability.
- Assess and recommend practical tools, techniques, and processes to enhance software delivery, testing, automation, and release readiness.
- Conduct training, workshops, and working sessions to promote continuous improvement and accountability across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps environments with proficiency in CI/CD.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field mandatory.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Workplace model requires presence in designated office at least three days a week (hybrid working).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coaching or supporting engineering teams through practice adoption and problem-solving related to process and tooling.
- Strong familiarity with modern engineering lifecycle practices (planning, development, testing, automation, release readiness).
- Ability to adapt communication and coaching to varied team maturity levels and foster collaborative working relationships across engineering and product teams.
