Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of systems development experience, including at least 10 years with Java, AWS, SQL, Snowflake, Springboot, Linux, and distributed architecture.
Minimum 3 years of AWS experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science preferred, or commensurate relevant work experience.
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), enterprise application design/architecture, and securities industry knowledge (ETF, trading systems like Charles River or Aladdin) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading engineering projects integrating distributed and heterogeneous applications, comfortable working with ambiguity and translating business problems into technical requirements.
Strong domain knowledge or experience in ETFs and asset management industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to keep pace with evolving technologies and apply them effectively, with some experience or interest in React and API development as an advantage.
