About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications with a focus on AI-powered tools including LLM integrations for tasks like summarization and workflow automation.
- Write clean, reusable Python code and implement API integrations with Large Language Model platforms such as OpenAI’s API.
- Collaborate with global teams on business research and consulting projects by translating client needs into technical solutions and supporting project planning and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of backend software development experience (if undergraduate) or 0-3 years (if postgraduate), preferably with exposure to business research and consulting.
- Strong Python programming skills including frameworks like Fast API/Flask and experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI’s API and familiarity with REST APIs, relational and non-relational databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend development within fast-paced, client-facing environments combining technical coding skills with business research/consulting exposure.
- Comfortable working independently and contributing to solutions that incorporate AI/LLM technologies and modern backend infrastructure including CI/CD, Docker, and Git.
- Able to communicate effectively in English across cross-functional teams and participate actively in stakeholder discussions and internal knowledge sharing.
