About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Pega applications including case management, workflow automation, and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership to Pega development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements, troubleshoot production issues, and support agile delivery including sprint planning and releases.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification mandatory.
- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on Pega development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experienced in architecting and delivering end-to-end Pega BPM solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Proven leadership in guiding development teams and managing stakeholder communications in technical projects.
- Skilled in integrating Pega applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and messaging services within complex IT ecosystems.
