About This Role
- Participate in design, development, testing, and implementation of Java-based application systems to meet business needs.
- Analyze complex problems, conduct feasibility studies, and recommend advanced programming solutions including security measures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior stakeholders and junior analysts, ensuring adherence to standards and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience with extensive Core Java (version 17+) expertise.
- Strong skills in Microservices, Spring framework, Kafka/Solace messaging, cloud technologies (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with multithreaded, distributed systems and familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit and Cucumber.

- Experienced in developing large-scale, low-latency, and distributed backend systems using modern Java frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Ability to operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment as a subject matter expert.
- Comfortable working in globally distributed teams and advising stakeholders on application development and design standards.
