About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze requirements and implement scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions.
- Leverage AI-powered coding assistants and context engineering practices to improve development productivity, testing, and software delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of application development experience.
- Strong skills in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, multithreading, concurrency, collections, transaction management, SQL/RDBMS, and cloud fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, debugging, and collaboration within global Agile teams.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in application development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in event-driven architectures (Kafka) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) with exposure to container orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Demonstrates ability to integrate AI-assisted development tools such as Lightspeed, GitHub Copilot, or Devin AI in software engineering workflows.
- Comfortable operating in a global Agile environment and applying engineering best practices focused on secure, scalable cloud-native software solutions.
