About This Role
- Manage end-to-end request workflows and ticket lifecycle for engineering tools support, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality documentation.
- Act as primary contact for engineering tool support inquiries, coordinating with stakeholders to communicate updates, risks, and resolve blockers.
- Drive automation and integration initiatives for engineering tools using scripting, REST APIs, and support process optimization and compliance in access management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3+ years experience in engineering tools support, service desk, or operations roles.
- Experience with engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools and API integrations (REST/JSON).
- Onsite work from HPE office is mandatory.

- Experienced in coordinating engineering tool support with increasing independence and operational ownership.
- Capable of managing stakeholder engagement and complex ticket workflows in IT or engineering environments.
- Skilled in automation and process improvements within engineering tools and workflows, supporting scalability and governance compliance.
