About This Role
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and datasets, including advanced DAX calculations and data transformations.
- Develop automation scripts and integrations using Python and .NET to support reporting and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure timely deployment, troubleshoot, and provide Level 3 support for reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Power BI development in enterprise reporting/analytics.
- Strong skills in Power BI (Desktop, Service, Administration, DAX, Power Query), SQL Server (T-SQL), data warehousing, ETL, Python development, and .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics or equivalent (BE/MCA or equivalent).

- Experienced developer adept at building scalable, high-quality Power BI solutions with strong focus on performance, maintainability, and automation.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional global teams, able to gather clear requirements and provide reliable technical delivery and support.
- Familiarity with end-to-end reporting lifecycle including technical documentation, testing, and production support within analytics/reporting domains.
