About This Role
- Configure client workflows and journeys based on detailed requirements using FinBox's Builder Studio.
- Maintain and document integration specs, technical workflows, and solution documents to ensure smooth handovers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues during UAT, staging, and production phases while acting as SME for assigned client API integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in application engineering, product integrations, or API-based solutions.
- Strong technical skills in REST APIs, JSON, SQL databases, and API testing tools like Postman or cURL.
- Ability to write detailed configuration documents, API specs, and workflow diagrams.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years relevant experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and QA for partner integrations.
- Technical proficiency combined with structured problem-solving and high ownership mindset.
- Preferably has fintech or lending domain exposure and familiarity with client/partner integrations or low-code/no-code platforms.
