About This Role
- Lead application system analysis and programming activities for large-scale, high-performance applications.
- Partner with management to integrate functions, identify, and define system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
- Provide expertise and coaching in application design, coding standards, and innovative solution development while ensuring compliance and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Full Stack technologies including Java/J2EE, React JS, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Multithreading, and backend development.
- Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL and fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting scalable, high availability integrated solutions adhering to design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Demonstrates leadership and project management capabilities with ability to mentor mid-level developers.
- Strong proficiency in multiple technology stacks, API/Web Services development, and continuous integration/delivery tools with knowledge of high-speed messaging platforms such as Kafka.
