About This Role
- Lead design and development of advanced native iOS app features and reusable SDK modules using Swift.
- Drive technical architecture decisions ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability of the iOS codebase.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, UX, QA, and Backend teams to deliver enterprise-grade iOS solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
- 5+ years of experience building production native iOS applications and reusable libraries in Swift backed by cloud APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in-office access; office location access is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in modern iOS architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture) and rigorous testing practices.
- Experience with iOS development tools such as Xcode, CI/CD automation, dependency management, and App Store publishing.
- Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects iteratively in Agile environments and mentor junior engineers.
