About This Role
- Design and develop automation testing frameworks and test scripts for power electronics applications, specifically HVDC converters and HVDC Grid.
- Execute automated tests using PSCAD and MATLAB, analyze failures, and report results clearly to engineering functions.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by introducing tools and methods to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent with knowledge in power systems, power electronics, or embedded system testing.
- Moderate experience in automation testing and working with test frameworks for embedded systems.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel globally and flexibility with working hours.

- Experienced in developing automation test scripts within embedded system environments, especially related to power systems.
- Proficient in Python programming and understanding of software-script interactions within testing frameworks.
- Capable of delivering under tight schedules with strong accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
