Own end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce agents using Agentforce.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Agentforce-based implementations, including configuring workflows and integration with Salesforce and external systems.
Review and troubleshoot agent configurations and Salesforce code to ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of work experience with hands-on Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, REST/SOAP integrations.
2-3 years specific hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
Strong understanding of conversational AI, agent workflows, and Salesforce governor limits.

Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions incorporating conversational AI agents.
