About This Role
- Coordinate HR personnel related activities across Personnel Department, Asset Delivery Group, and offshore/onshore management.
- Manage critical and complex HR transactions including peer audits and SOX audits, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Support HR administrative processes including consolidated reporting, labor law compliance, and maintenance of process documents with version control.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of HR career experience involving ERP systems like SAP and CRM like ServiceNow.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Location: Noida, UP, India; Hybrid work setup.

- Experienced in HR operations with hands-on knowledge of HR management tools, labor law, and social security compliance.
- Proven ability to manage SOX audits, UATs, and peer audits within HR functions.
- Skilled in administrative efficiency with strong planning, organization, and communication abilities suited to coordinate multi-stakeholder HR activities.
