About This Role
- Manage and execute Trade Services processes including settlement, matching, fails handling, trade confirmations, cancellations, reconciliations, transaction reporting, and trade investigations.
- Achieve and maintain process SLAs, productivity, and quality standards as defined by Service Specifications.
- Maintain and analyze MIS reports, communicate with counterparts for clarifications, perform quality checks, and contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree required.
- Work Experience Required: 0-2 years in relevant or similar roles.
- German language proficiency Level 3 or above required for specific processes.
- Computer literate with good communication skills; proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity is mentioned.
