About This Role
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks using industry best practices to improve test robustness and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Development and Test teams to design and deliver reusable automated UAT test packs and ensure proper version control and configuration management.
- Apply risk-driven automation testing techniques including TDD and UI test automation for Treasury Technology solutions within a large banking environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years total testing experience with at least 5+ years in automation testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Selenium, Cucumber; strong database and SQL knowledge; Python experience desirable.
- Degree or Masters in engineering, software, technology or equivalent certification/experience.
- Experience working in ETL/Data Warehouse projects or programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in automation frameworks (Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Hybrid) with strong problem solving and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of Treasury, Finance, Risk or Investment Banking domains is a strong advantage.
- Capable of working within scaled Scrum teams and following structured test lifecycle processes with proactive and disciplined approach.
