About This Role
- Own and evolve the roadmap for UKG Ready Platform Services enabling 10x volume growth through cloud native, containerized, and scalable infrastructure.
- Drive strategic platform initiatives including Jobs Framework evolution, GKE migration, caching & performance optimization, multitenant platform reliability, security, and AI native capability integration.
- Communicate infrastructure strategy and measurable business impact to senior leadership while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, DevX, security, and product teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, job orchestration frameworks, and multithreaded execution at scale.
- Fluency with POD based multitenant SaaS architecture and cloud native technologies like Kubernetes/GKE and containerization.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of caching technologies (Redis, Memcached), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), audit/compliance systems, and security vulnerability management.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in product management with significant platform or infrastructure focus, or equivalent technical founder/engineering background experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical proficiency to engage in architectural discussions and make informed tradeoff decisions without deferring to engineering.
- Experience driving high stakes cloud migration initiatives and defining platform SLOs for reliability and performance.
- Demonstrated AI native working style using AI agents in daily workflows, and ability to model agentic practices for teams in an enterprise SaaS environment.
