About This Role
- Lead and develop a team of auditors, SMEs, and program managers responsible for catalog quality programs.
- Own and prioritize a portfolio of catalog quality programs, ensuring measurable business and operational outcomes.
- Set operating mechanisms, standards, and roadmaps to ensure program effectiveness and report progress and risks to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years program/project management experience with cross-functional tech and non-tech teams.
- Minimum 5 years team management experience.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements.
- Work Experience Required: At least 3 years program/project management and 5 years team management experience.
