About This Role
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled platform capabilities, APIs, and reusable software enhancements for scalable, multi-customer implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product leadership, Solution Engineering, and Platform Reliability to translate requirements into production-ready AI-enabled software.
- Build secure, scalable backend services using Python, JavaScript, and Node.js, focusing on AI integration, prompt engineering, retrieval, and agent configurations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing production software, APIs, services, or AI-enabled platform features.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and Node.js; experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and model integration.
- Role based in Chennai, India; compliance with internal security standards including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in product-led or platform-based organizations with reusable technical standards and prompt libraries.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment in Azure, AWS, or similar environments.
- Background or interest in energy, infrastructure, renewables, or technically complex industries aligned with Due Diligence, Verification & Assurance, and Renewables Certification.
