About This Role
- Lead technical solutions for complex AI workloads, ensuring rapid customer adoption from evaluation through ramp.
- Develop prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and demos integrating AI models with enterprise data sources using coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java.
- Provide deep technical consultation and act as a technical advisor to customers, feeding insights back to product and engineering teams for feature development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role involving cloud native architecture.
- Experience architecting AI integration solutions using patterns such as RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.
- Proficiency in coding with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java for customer demos and prototyping.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing AI agent integrations using frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit.
- Skilled in engaging technical stakeholders and executive leaders, with capability to bridge technical and business strategies.
- Familiar with cloud technologies including SaaS, iPaaS, business automation, Cloud infrastructure, and observability tools for AI applications.
