About This Role
- Own and influence business challenges related to last mile delivery operations using data-driven decision making.
- Develop and implement scheduling solutions, performance metrics, and scalable tools to improve cost-effective, on-time deliveries.
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders to support business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- PhD (preferred) or Master's with 5+ years experience in engineering, machine learning, operations research, or related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience building machine learning models or developing business algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl.
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
