About This Role
- Support product manager in roadmap planning, prioritization and stakeholder communication, including preparing updates and tracking decisions.
- Own product requirements: write and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs to enable clear engineering delivery.
- Collaborate across teams to support delivery, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, release readiness, and tracking progress against roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years overall experience including exposure to product management, business analysis, or related roles in enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
- Strong written documentation skills; ability to translate ambiguous discussions into clear, actionable specifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile processes and tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and structured in requirements tracking and documentation to reduce ambiguity and rework.
- Comfortable supporting research, discovery, and documentation in fast-moving, deep-tech product environments involving AI/ML and low-code/no-code technologies.
- Skilled at bridging between technical and business teams, enabling product managers to delegate research and coordination confidently.
