About This Role
- Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise Data Lakehouse as foundational infrastructure for data and AI initiatives.
- Lead a team of product owners across platform and engineering; negotiate and prioritize competing platform needs across multiple business units.
- Present platform strategy, investment cases, and progress to senior leadership; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience.
- Extensive experience in financial services or asset management with understanding of regulatory, risk, and audit contexts.
- Proven experience in building or scaling a data lakehouse or modern data platform in a complex, regulated environment.
- University degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Seasoned leader transitioning from technical/engineering background into product/platform leadership with strategic and execution focus.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating competing priorities across multiple business lines.
- Familiarity with AI/ML platform integration, FinOps practices, and platform governance in regulated asset management settings.
