About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for large, complex technical projects involving Java and Spring Boot microservices on AWS.
- Translate business capabilities into detailed technical features and user stories, including functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring sprint and release readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product vision, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, feature delivery, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years experience as Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role in software delivery.
- Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance) or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience with Agile methodology and managing technical backlogs with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with Java-based backend services, Spring Boot microservices, AWS cloud-native architectures, and REST API/system integrations.
- Able to create comprehensive technical user stories including architecture, APIs, data, security, and non-functional requirements enabling efficient development.
- Experienced in bridging business and technical teams, managing dependencies, assessing risks, and driving agile delivery for enterprise software initiatives.
