About This Role
- Develop and maintain detailed integrated master schedules for Thermal Power Plant projects using Primavera P6/MS Project across all project phases.
- Implement and manage project control systems covering schedule, cost, resources, and progress using KPIs and earned value techniques, providing regular reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Drive risk management, coordination among EPC contractors and stakeholders, and lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 13-20 years of professional experience in project management and control, preferably in Thermal Power Plant projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling.
- Experience in project risk management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior professional accustomed to managing large-scale Thermal Power Plant projects end-to-end with a focus on integrated scheduling and project controls.
- Experienced in cross-functional coordination and leading process improvements through digital tools and automation.
- Ability to work with EPC contractors, consultants, and senior stakeholders to align execution plans with project objectives and aid data-driven decision-making.
