About This Role
- Own and enhance critical service-layer components of the Client Connector Agent (CCA) such as RPC, session handling, data pipelines, ensuring stability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues including service crashes, race conditions, and synchronization bugs in multithreaded environments.
- Improve reliability of Windows service code and support VDI-specific functionalities while mentoring peers and reviewing code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong C++14/17 expertise.
- Solid understanding of Windows internals: services, user sessions, security tokens, inter-process communication, process/thread lifetime.
- Experience debugging multithreaded C++ issues such as race conditions, deadlocks, use-after-free errors.
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies applied to AI-driven or optimized solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipping and maintaining enterprise desktop or endpoint software products, especially on Windows platforms.
- Comfortable working autonomously and handling ambiguity, with strong ownership of both strategic and hands-on technical tasks.
- Familiar with advanced debugging tools (e.g., WinDbg, ETW) and background in networking, VPN, ZTNA, or secure tunneling preferred but not mandatory.
