MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM; knowledge of process governance and operating model design mandatory.
Proven ability to independently conduct process discovery, build SOPs, and design future-state global HR operating models, driving large-scale HR centralization programs across regions including EMEA, LATAM, CIS, and Russia.
Strong experience managing transformation-focused projects rather than steady-state HR operations, with competencies in stakeholder influencing and cross-cultural collaboration.
Flexible to evolve into broader HR Operations leadership covering International or India operations, capable of building from ground up with bias for action and ownership.
