About This Role
- Lead software verification, validation, certification, and compliance activities for safety-critical embedded software following DO-178C standards.
- Act as technical SME on DO-178C certification projects, collaborating with global engineering, certification, and customer teams to deliver compliant, high-quality software.
- Own requirements traceability, defect analysis, testing reviews, and drive process improvements across certification programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in software engineering, verification, validation, or safety certification.
- Strong expertise in safety-critical embedded software environments and DO-178C certification lifecycle.
- Proficiency in C/Embedded C, BSP and device driver verification, and tools including LDRA, Polarion, DOORS, Git, Jira, Linux, Python.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in relevant domain.

- Experienced in leading complex DO-178C certification and verification engagements as a technical SME in safety-critical embedded software.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and mentoring engineers on certification best practices and quality/compliance standards.
