Clear verbal and written communication skills; role involves leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
Proven experience in Blackline system administration within large finance or GBS environments, preferably with understanding of SAP FI-CO integration.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team while managing complex system implementations aligned to finance control and compliance.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and adapting to shifting priorities in large-scale digital transformation projects, ideally in oil & gas or similar sectors.
