Experience with industry-standard testing and monitoring tools, and ability to perform root cause analysis using system logs and behavior.
Ability to design and implement framework and code changes to improve stability and reliability, with familiarity in CI/CD workflows and observability tools.
Proven experience developing automation frameworks or internal tools in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java and Python) with scalable and maintainable system design.
Demonstrated ability to select appropriate technologies and design patterns connecting technical solutions to broader business outcomes.
Experience with AI/ML-enabled systems integration in test automation, and operating automation tooling at scale with observability and reliability enhancements.
