Minimum 6-8 years of overall professional experience with at least 4 years in Record-to-Report (R2R) including financial close, reconciliations, and reporting.
Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
Minimum 5 years experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable in reputed MNCs.
On-site work location required in Gurugram.
Experienced in US GAAP and usage of ERP financial systems like PeopleSoft or similar large-scale ERP.
Demonstrates ability to meet SLAs in coordination with onshore controllership and finance teams.
Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks and improving internal policies and procedures.
