Experienced with month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and audit coordination in property or real estate accounting contexts.
Capable of independent problem identification and decision-making using standard accounting procedures.
Skilled in analytical review of profit & loss, balance sheet, and variance analysis for client portfolios.
