Experienced in supporting distributed applications in production with a focus on stability, reliability, and performance.
Skilled in root cause analysis using application logs, database queries, and monitoring dashboards with ability to drive corrective actions.
Able to collaborate with Engineering, Development, and Vendor teams and act as SME while independently managing complex technical issues.
